Sophia Stavropoulos joined the HR Mpact team as HR Coordinator after her 2021 graduation from Mississippi State University. With her degree in Business Administration, minor in Marketing and a concentration in Business Management and Law. Sophia brings a fresh perspective representative of the millennial workforce.
Sophia has been a frequent volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since her early teens and her passion for community service continued during her time in Starkville. Sophia was a consistent community volunteer, and as an active member of Phi Mu Fraternity she gained valuable experience planning the organization’s philanthropic events.
Sophia is actively working with several of HR Mpact clients. Her focused areas are HR Administration and providing payroll support. Sophia is studying for her professional HR certification and will sit for the exam once she has the required tenure in her position.
She is an avid Broadway fan and has enjoyed attending plays locally as well as in New York. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, including her dog Cosmo.
