Lauren Tipton is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience driving organizational excellence through strategic people operations. Most recently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Lirio. Lauren led comprehensive HR and culture initiatives, specializing in building high-performing teams within healthcare and healthcare technology sector.
Throughout her career, Lauren has developed a reputation for her expertise in the full lifecycle of Human Resources, including:
- Strategic Leadership: Leading diverse groups of HR professionals and managing large-scale Change Management and Project Management initiatives.

She previously held the role of Member Outreach Chair and was honored as a Community Health Systems President’s Award winner in 2011.
